That area you can clip through very easily, into the building, and out of the buidling and just through the little divider in general. That is, there is a corner where you can enter the gym, and then another “Open” door. The area’s that I noticed it had the worst clipping through, was in the corner of the gym closest between the two doors. In reguards to the new building, I’d like to point out that you can basically clip through the entire building (the gym).
